Background

Hi, I’m Ruby. I’m a qualified therapist offering a warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative space to explore whatever brings you to therapy. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from a variety of therapeutic models to adapt our work to your unique needs and goals.

I’ve supported clients in both short-term and open-ended therapy, helping them develop deeper self-awareness, build more satisfying relationships, and find greater clarity in life. I’m particularly interested in working with anxiety, stress, and relationship issues, and I aim to make therapy a comfortable and empowering experience—whether we’re looking at your present concerns, your past, or both.

Together, we’ll work at a pace that suits you. I see therapy as a joint process, where we regularly reflect and review how things are going to ensure your needs remain at the centre of our work.

My Approach

While my practice is integrative, I have a particular passion for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), especially in helping clients manage anxiety. ACT encourages us to acknowledge and accept difficult thoughts and emotions rather than fight against them. It also helps us reconnect with our values, supporting a more meaningful life even in the face of challenges.

Our sessions will be grounded in collaboration, reflection, and adaptability. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I’m committed to finding an approach that works best for you—supporting you in moving forward with greater emotional clarity and resilience.
